POWER OF OUR PEOPLE GOALS 2025 AND BEYOND GOALS
Our corporate responsibility goals strive to expand diversity in our leadership teams and reduce gaps in feelings of inclusion by gender and ethnicity. We are embracing difference by design across all levels of our company.
Build diversity in North America (NA) Tapestry and brand leadership teams by increasing the number of NA- based racial and ethnic minority leaders to better reflect our general corporate population.
Reduce differences in our Employee Inclusion Index scores based on gender and ethnicity.
Demonstrate focus on career progression, development and mobility by filling 60% of leadership roles (VP+) internally.
Enable all employees to manage both their work and personal life balance by achieving a global core benefit standard for self-care, parental and family care leave policies.

Highlighted Initiatives
Supporting the New Generation of Talent
In August 2022, the Coach Foundation awarded 15 scholarships as part of a new CFDA x Coach Dream It Real Circular Design Scholarship. These scholarships provide opportunities for students to work with Coach and offer students the chance to gain real-world skills relevant in a new era of apparel and accessory design.
Tapestry and HBCUs – Historically Black Colleges and Universities
Tapestry announced a three-year partnership with Harlem’s Fashion Row’s annual HBCU Fashion Summit with the goal of offering insights on developing a more robust and relevant design program at Bowie State University, Maryland’s oldest Historically Black University.
Putting the “B” In EBRGs
In FY2023, we added the word “business” to our employee resource groups because the important decisions and community-building these groups participate in have a direct impact on Tapestry’s ability to adapt to the speed of a constantly evolving consumer base.
