Established in 2019, our 2025 corporate responsibility goals set targets aligned to Our Social Fabric strategy. We’ve evolved this strategy into the Fabric of Change, which better reflects our accelerated ambitions and desire to make every beautiful choice a responsible choice.

ADVANCING CHANGE IN COMMUNTIES
We strive to create a work environment where employees feel engaged and empowered to fully contribute, develop and grow. Fostering a culture of equity, inclusion and diversity is central to our success and, as such, we are focused on continuously improving upon differences in our Employee Inclusion Index scores based on gender, race and ethnicity.
We are working towards our goal of procuring 100% renewable electricity in our stores, offices and fulfillment centers by 2025. We aligned our greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions reduction targets to the Science-Based Targets initiative (SBTi) Forest, Land & Agricutlure (FLAG) guidance and are currently pending validation.
We are working towards our environmentally preferred materials targets and continue to innovate and collaborate to create more durable finished goods. We are proud of our achievement to source 90% of our leather from Gold- and Silver-rated Leather Working Group (LWG) tanneries, and have achieved 97% in advance of the 2025 target.
Tapestry is committed to driving change on pressing global social issues through strategic investment, collectively championing causes that are important to our people and our values. In FY2023, we met our goal of $75 million in financial and product donations to nonprofit organizations globally two years early. Our employees also completed 82,500+ hours of volunteering, working with over 980 charities globally.
